Marcela Hinostroza

Actress, Journalist, Publicist, Screenwriter, Theater Producer. She is a lover of dance and all artistic manifestations. She was born in Ayacucho-Peru. Her first approach to the science fiction genre was at the age of 13 with the story “I wrote the testament of Huayna Cápac.

She finished her degree in Communication Sciences and traveled to Mexico where she studied for diplomas in Cinematography, Photography and then continued her artistic career on Tv-Azteca and Televisa. She later would work in the Televisa writers pool.

Upon her return to Peru, she assisted as a scriptwriter in some novels and television series. She wrote a couple of theatrical comedies and the written and audiovisual work, Las Bustamante, Cuatro Padres para Cuatro Hijas, based on her life. (The Bustamante, Four walls for four daughters).

She relates that she began to write this book in the middle of the Pandemic, as it is very much in her style, identifying with the protagonist and in her capacity as actress and journalist assuming the role of the heroine to give greater credibility to this her first novel of Science fiction.
