ROBIN B. HOWARD

Robin B. Howard retired in 2015 after a gratifying 37-year telephony career at GTE/Verizon. He holds Technical and Management Degrees in the field of telecommunications. He has decades of technical writing experience rooted in standards development, statistics, and customer disruption investigations. He is a two-time award-winning Co-Chair of the Network Reliability Steering Committee, a respected industry standards organization in Washington, DC and past member of several Federal Communication Commission advisory committees.
