Giulia Ravelli

Giulia Ravelli was born in a small town near Milan in 1993 and has always had a great passion for music.

Her journey in the world of music began by exploring and listening to a mix of genres from different eras, from the Backstreet Boys and Green Day to the Beatles, David Bowie, Prince, Queen, and Elvis Presley.

Not only does she enjoy listening to music, but she is fascinated by the artists’ history and careers – she likes to know where they come from, how they became famous, and the meaning of their songs.

In 2005 she discovered another great artist - Michael Jackson.

Jackson became Giulia's favorite artist and she began to study his lyrics and incredible career, until the singer's sudden death in 2009.

Driven by her curiosity, Giulia began to explore the life of Michael Jackson beyond his music. She learnt about his weaknesses and the controversial accusations against him.

In 2011 she published ‘Moonwalking with him’, a book dedicated to Michael Jackson's life and career, aiming to take the reader on an emotional journey of Michael Jackson's life.

In 2021, for the 10th anniversary of the book, a celebrative edition was published in both Italian and English.
