David Thurston

Dave is the founder of The Outliars, Comedy Productions and Schwoggle Creative, Simple Advertising. He is a a nationally touring comedian, ASU graduate and holds an MBA from Keller. He is the Author of multiple series of books. Dave annually produces the Arizona Standup Festival. He is a graduate of the Second City Chicago, IO Chicago and The Annoyance. Dave teaches standup, improv and sketch comedy, essay, short story and screenwriting. His favorite things is seeing his students headline the best clubs like the Tempe Improv. He is the author of "A Way to Write an Hour of Standup Every Year," "Comedy Journal," "Right List, Right NOW, for Artist, mental and emotional discipline for artist," he loves coaching comedy and team building workshops.
