Katherine Frances Ammon

Katherine was born and raised in Michigan and spent time as the director for the Mid-Michigan chapter of the Free Forest School non-profit, and currently hosts a gentle, nature-based storytelling podcast for children called Hearth Tales, which her new book series is named for. Before becoming an author and mother, Katherine had a busy career in property management. She now spends her time cooking something up for her YouTube channel, homeschooling her daughter, trying to reach her yearly reading goal, and writing up her next big book idea.
