Richard Meston

Rich is a runner, writer, songsmith, photographer, software engineer and all round great guy. He is also quite sarcastic.

He grew up and lives near Poole in Dorset, always within spitting distance of the South West Coast Path, and has spent way too much time running and walking around chunks of Dorset, Devon, Cornwall and Somerset over the last 10 or so years.
