Richard Meston

Rich is a runner, writer, photographer, software engineer and all round great guy. He is also quite sarcastic.

He grew up and lives near Poole in Dorset, always within spitting distance of the South West Coast Path, and has spent way too much time running and walking around chunks of Dorset, Devon, Cornwall and Somerset over the last 10 or so years.

It started with Half the Path, a walk along the South West Coast Path. Then came a book about the MudCrew Arc of Attrition 100 mile race, and he hasn't stopped since: races finished, races not finished, and long walks with a tent, bringing the total to ten books and a hard drive that's starting to fill up.
