Erica Neal

Erica was born & raised in west Texas by her strong willed single mother. She attended Permian High school (from "Friday Night Lights) and later graduated with her Bachelor's degree in Finance & Economics from The University of Texas of the Permian Basin. After college she moved to the DFW metroplex to begin her career in finance working at a large investment firm in downtown. Erica learned the basics of running a financial practice and working with clients, but she also saw large holes in the the planning processes early on. Working for a large corporation kept her captive to the company's limited proprietary financial products, even if other options were better suited for the client. Even though Erica was able to obtain success & company recognition for her achievements, she knew there was a better way to run her busines.

To provide more comprehensive plans for her clients, Erica left the big box firm to partner with a boutique, independent financial firm in Ft Worth. This platform allowed her to partner with multiple A-rated, Fortune 500 companies and "shop the market" for the products and accounts that best fit her clients' needs. From there, Erica's planning practice transitioned from focusing on accumulation and chasing rate of return, to creating efficient cash flow strategies, helping clients increase their income now as well as later in retirement through Infinite Banking. From their she continued to help individuals and families learn how to make money work for them! After working alongside each other for a few years, Erica and her now partner David White joined forces and launched their own firm, Infinity Investment Strategies. Now, they focus on utilizing business growth and real estate investing to create true wealth and prosperity for their clients looking to build over the long term, or retire within the next 5-10 years.

Throughout her career, Erica has always worked with people to educate on financial planning processes and options, but she knew there was something missing. She realized that the opportunities and blessings she had received from her own experiences and people in her life that were there to guide her all along the way, were the real reason she had been able to grow so much. Erica also realized there are so many others who aren't lucky enough to have those resources pouring into their life. Her husband Austin continually fueled the idea of for promoting the financial education platform, knowing the information is so desperately needed. Being raised by a strong and influential single mother, alongside 2 sisters, and now a mother of 2 daughters herself, Erica's heart is drawn to encouraging and empowering women to become their best selves. She knew her financial background could help pave the way for others to find their own success. When Karen learned of Erica's passion for educating women in finance, their goals aligned and they knew this was perfect timing. Karen and Erica partnered to launch Financial Literacy for Her to bridge the gap of financial literacy, confidence and money mindset seen in society today.
