Prabhakar leads Organization Development & Leadership Development in India's top Defence & Aerospace firm. A Mechanical Engineer from MIT, Manipal, Prabhakar has studied Management from IIM Calcutta. He is bestowed with a rich experience of over 15 years, working with people and sectors across Defence, Heavy Engineering, Infrastructure, IT, Consulting, and Government Establishments.

He loves his work that involves devising & executing leadership development programs in association with World-class Institutions and Coaches for growing in-house Talent and nurturing Future Leaders.

He possesses a profound interest in Modern Physics and loves delving into the depths of Spiritual Canons (particularly the Upanishads, Gita, Buddhism, Christianity, and New Thought Philosophy).
