Keilidh Bradley is an award-winning artist and animated filmmaker from Scotland. From the moment she first held a pencil, Keilidh has been expressing her love of nature and animals through her art. This passion led her to acquire an HNC in Illustration at City of Glasgow College and then to an honours degree in Animation from Duncan of Jordanstone. Fox Fires (2019), Keilidh’s debut short film, celebrates both wildlife and mythology; the film touched the hearts of millions of international viewers and was ultimately nominated for the Public Choice British Animation Award.
In 2019 Keilidh became the first Scottish Student to be accepted into the Masters program in Animated Filmmaking at Gobelins Ecole de l’image, graduating in 2021 and working as a co-director on her thesis film Phosphorus (2021).
Beyond the remit of her own academic work Keilidh is passionate about helping others kickstart their creative careers; having worked as an animation tutor at Duncan of Jordanstone and been a guest speaker and mentor for Edinburgh College. Keilidh has made appearances as a panelist at the Festival National du Film d’animation and continues to work as a freelancer in both the animation and illustration industries.
