Jodi Hooven is an Oregonian, Portland style. However, she moved to Florida with her parents at the age of 15, and that’s where she stayed put.

Jodi’s later-in-life hearing loss was unexpected, yet she considers it one of the most pivotal events of her life. She found determination and grit through her disability, which has led to purpose and opportunities.

Jodi is the owner of Shine Press. The brave step of starting a new company is one of the most impactful life-changing blessings she may never have encountered had it not been for her hearing loss.
