Mr. Michael Jerome Polk

Michael Polk is an accomplished real estate broker, who resides in Los Angeles County. He provides over three decades of exceptional real estate experience. He has been the principal broker of Polk Properties for over 25 years. Early in his career, he was successful as a Senior Sales Consultant with The Donaty Group and an Operation Supervisor at Great Western Bank, where he added value and innovation to his work and projects. However, his passion is for the real estate industry where he consistently delivers profitable ventures and establishes enduring relationships. He’s had exposure to all aspects of real estate, including national and international commercial, industrial and luxury properties.

He is a broker with a stellar reputation who brings to the table unique and focused negotiation, communication, business development, and marketing skills. He maintains strong relationships with current, past, and new clients. He instills trust through his detailed approach in his buying and selling process, as well as his timely and efficient response to client needs. Michael is committed to leaving a rewarding impression at each encounter.

Michael is a member of the "Forbes Business Council", “Rolling Stone Culture Council” The Los Angeles County Bar Association (Non-Lawyer Member), "The GLC Councils", Global Wonks and is a McKinsey & Company Panel Member. He served as Treasurer for the Long Beach California Advanced Placement Initiative. Mr. Polk is a life learner and as such is in constant study to serve his clients and for the love of it. Recently he has completed course programs at HarvardX, ColumbiaX, University Of Edinburgh, Imperial College Of London ,and more.

When not assisting clients, Michael enjoys spending time with technology and flying planes.
