A disciple was living his dream job, flying F-15 fighters in the Air Force. Eight years in, a heart defect shuts down his military career. He stumbles out into the business world and finds himself helping to turn around struggling companies. In time he comes to realize that the symptoms that mar employees of distressed commercial firms haunt the history of the Church, and modern Western discipleship too. What’s behind all that? Welcome to The Disciple Dilemma - and leadership’s vital role in countering it!

Dennis serves as a Chief Executive Officer, specializing in leadership for Wall Street corporate turnarounds. He's been in key roles with churches of all sizes, from Megas to minis, as an elder chair, deacon, teacher, and speaker in the US, Europe and Asia. Featured on national radio, TV and webcasts, Dennis wants to talk about how modern discipleship and much of modern business has been hacked! Hacked as in diverting people away from their mission, calling and purpose. What do leaders do about that? Welcome to The Disciple Dilemma.

Dennis earned a B.S. in Industrial Management from the University of Alabama, an MBA from Xavier University and is an alumnus of the Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics in Oxford, UK. He and his wife Karen live in the Washington, D.C. metro area.
