Rita Kampen

Rita Kampen lives in the middle of a forest on the West Coast of Canada. Her favorite pastime is talking with the moon that shines down onto her deck. As a yoga instructor and life coach, Rita takes great pleasure in watching how subtle shifts change the trajectory of a client’s life.

When she’s not journaling, hiking, or gardening, she’s enjoying a glass of wine with a friend. Rita finds it hard to resist terrible puns and spending time with her two grown daughters.
