Nigel Wilson

Nigel was educated at Bedford School and Manchester Polytechnic. During the first half of his business career, Nigel worked in retail and retail display, both in the UK and throughout Europe. In 1998 he set up his own executive search business, working in the retail marketing sector, which he sold in 2020. In 2015, he embarked on his ‘retirement project’ and trained as a yoga teacher. Since then he’s been running his own yoga business / studio, and teaches around 50 people each week.

Since visiting France for the first time as a 10-year old in 1966, Nigel has been fascinated and deeply attracted by the country and its people. He’s since holidayed, worked and lived in France, where he and his wife Patricia have a second home. In his book "Has My French Love Affair Been Crushed?", Nigel recounts many stories and amusing anecdotes about living, working, and just being in France with family and friends.

Nigel is married, with four daughters and four grandchildren. He lives at Tenterden, Kent
