Aubree Henderson

Aubree Henderson is a self-love coach specializing in boundaries, self-esteem, sex & intimacy, body image, and sexual identity. Her work as a coach, teacher, and author incorporates elements of holistic life coaching, somatic healing, internal family systems, inner child work, tantra, breathwork, and counseling. She has studied at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. She lives in Brooklyn, New York, with her wife and kids.
