Elizabeth Connolly

Award winning home staging professional, Liz Connolly, has been a prominent figure in the staging industry since early 2007. At that time Liz founded INhance It! Home Staging in St. Louis and through that company staged over 5,000 properties. In early 2019 Liz sold the St. Louis division and relocated with her family to Sarasota, Florida where she founded "From Staged to Sold" a firm assisting individuals interested in growing and selling their home staging businesses.

INhance IT! received dozens of national and international industry awards and accolades. In 2017, 2018 and 2019 INhance IT! was recognized by the Real Estate Staging Association as one of the top staging teams in North America and Liz was recognized as Top Ten Professional Stager in both 2016 & 2017. Liz has also been recognized as one of the Top 100 Influential People in the Home Staging Industry. Liz is a RESA-Pro member, Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing, and a Master Certified Staging Professional. Liz holds the following designations:

Liz has been a RESA approved CE instructor since 2018 and has been a guest speaker at RESA's national convention. She has appeared on numerous panels, television specials and has authored articles for a wide array of industry publications. Liz recently finalized publication of her new book, From Staged to Sold...Building a Million Dollar Staging Business and Selling it for Top Dollar. Liz manages a Facebook page, Selling Your Staging Business, which connects professionals interested in buying or selling a home staging business.
