David Poland

For many years David Poland worked for Northrop Aircraft as an automation analyst. He explored the use of computer graphic systems to control the flexible assembly equipment that can be used for the construction of aircraft. He also worked briefly for Lockheed in electro chemistry, and for TRW as a systems analyst.

Back in the twentieth century, the possibility of flying saucers and ETs were well known to Mr. Poland and his many coworkers, but of course back then they knew it was not a good idea to discuss such things out in the open.

With his recent writing he explores an off-the-beaten-path form of rocket propulsion and how it can change the way we get into space. His most recent novel, Hans-Peter, is of course fiction, but most of the underlying technology is real and the rest of it is not very far from our current reality.
