Mohannad Hakeem

Dr. Mohannad Hakeem is an Islamic lecturer and activist who has studied traditionally under multiple scholars in the Muslim world for the past 20 years. He is originally from Lebanon and currently resides in Dearborn, MI. where he has helped establish multiple community initiatives and organizations, with a focus on youth empowerment and education. His classes, workshops, and Friday sermons draw inspiration from the Quran, Hadith, and Islamic history to give young Muslims an algorithm for success and excellence in both the worldly life and the afterlife.

In his professional career, Dr. Hakeem earned his PhD in Mechanical engineering. Through this role, he has taught several students, conducted research, and to-date has authored 80+ patents and technical papers.

He is married to Ghina and is blessed by Allah with four kids: Salah-Eddine, Maryam, Jennah, and Abdul-Rahman.
