Kevin Desrosiers believes powerful communication is not about the speaker. It is about the audience.

Drawing on more than 30 years of leadership experience in engineering, maintenance, operations, and strategic planning, Kevin understands the importance of communicating ideas in ways that capture attention, build trust, and inspire action. Today, he works with business leaders and speakers who want to elevate their communication skills and become more intentional and effective in front of any audience.

Kevin is an international speaker who has presented in Australia, South Africa, and across the United States. A two-time Distinguished Toastmaster with more than 20 years of Toastmasters experience, he has also held leadership roles with the National Speakers Association St. Louis Chapter and has coached and mentored speakers and business professionals throughout his career.

His newest book, Command the Room: How to Capture It, Keep It, and Drive Meaningful Action, provides practical techniques speakers and leaders can put to work immediately. At the heart of Kevin’s approach is a simple principle: It’s about the audience, not you.

Kevin is also the author of Bridge Over Adversity: True Stories About Overcoming Personal Challenges, which helped earn him recognition as St. Louis Magazine’s Best Author in both 2022 and 2023.

Away from the stage, Kevin is an avid nature photographer, magician, husband, father, and proud grandfather.
