Ed Murton

Ed Murton has been in the commercial roofing business for six decades. His company, Murton Roofing Corp., was essential to the recovery efforts of two major hurricanes: Hurricane Hugo in South Carolina and Hurricane Andrew in Miami. He has written books on both recovery efforts, as well as a fishing memoir documenting over $250K in tournament winnings. Born to a large family in Cleveland, OH, in 1946, Ed moved to Miami, FL, to begin his roofing career with his brothers in the early 1970s.
