Mirko Laudon

Mirko Laudon LL.M. is founding partner of the law firm LAUDON || SCHNEIDER, who is specialized in defending cases consisting of two person’s words against each other’s.

During his legal internships, he started discussing criminal law topics on the blog “Strafakte.de“. Later on, he also administrated the Burhoff online blog.

After his legal internship, he founded the law firm LAUDON Rechtsanwälte in 2015 in Hamburg. Furthermore, he has been a specialist lawyer for criminal law since 2019. In 2020, the law firm expanded its location to Berlin. The title LL.M. (in white collar crime) was awarded to him in 2021 by the University of Osnabrück for his master's thesis on intent and error in tax evasion.

Mirko Laudon LL.M. is currently working as a speaker at training events for lawyers, as well as a lecturer at the University of Hamburg in a seminar called „Praxis der Strafverteidigung“.
