Dr. Mark D. Chadwick

Dr. Mark Chadwick is an Emergency Management professional with more than 36 years of experience in the field. Mark holds credentials as a Certified Emergency Manager (CEM), Certified Texas Emergency Manager (TEM), Certified Fire Inspector, Master Military Emergency Management Specialist (M-MEMS), and Professional Continuity Practitioner. Mark served 6 years on active duty in the US Air Force and an additional 24 1/2 years in the Texas State Guard and he retired from military service with 30 + years in 2019. Mark has served as a speaker for conferences, workshops, and corporate meetings for the past 18 years. Mark holds instructor credentials with various Federal and State agencies. Mark has deployed for countless Emergency Management responses, including, but not limited to: Hurricane Katrina 2005, Oklahoma Ice Storm 2007, West Texas Fertilizer Plant Explosion 2013, Hurricane Harvey 2017, COVID ongoing since 2019, and numerous hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, fires, explosions, plane crashes, and train wrecks.
