My first book Magic to Mania, is about my life up to and after developing Bipolar Disorder at the age of 30. I am not trying to offer any kind of answers. I am describing honestly how it felt and feels to have this mental illness that affects so many. They say Vincent Van Gogh had it. Spike Milligan definitely did. I had always wanted to write the book. Having done so I found a love and hopefully an ability to write, so I have produced a children's book called Twiggies. I will be developing a dynasty of Twiggies in the future.
