Maria Gamb is Founder and CEO of the coaching and training company NMS Communications. As a former Fortune 500 executive, she spent more than twenty years in the trenches of corporate America directing and managing successful businesses valued in excess of $100 million. Her global experience, working in Asia, Australia, Europe, Turkey and parts of South America lead her to write the Amazon best selling book “Healing the Corporate World: How Value Based Leadership Gets Results from the Inside Out”. She has gone on to write 3 more books for major publishing houses; “Values-Based Leadership for Dummies™” (Wiley), “The Resiliency Journal” (Sterling) and most recently “Gratitude Journal” (Sterling)
Her goal is to help professionals embrace and implement a Values-Based Leadership (VBL) approach to their 9-5 and 5-9 lives. Considered an expert in VBL and its 8 Pillars which include gratitude, forgiveness and resilience – she is dedicated to helping busy professionals shape their life and leadership mastery to create high performance teams, impact, and a balanced, fulfilled life.
Maria has worked with executives from Oppenheimer Funds, Capital One, Kronos Incorporated, JAG Australia and the Jamaican Government Cabinet, as well as groups from Astra Zeneca, Mid-Atlantic Permanente, Women’s Health Business Association, Women in Leadership and Business and Women’s MBA International.

She lives in Brooklyn with her darling husband and three cats. Travel to foreign lands and cooking are her passion.
