Anika Costa is a board-certified behavior analyst, educator, consultant, and author dedicated to helping individuals and organizations achieve lasting improvements through the science of behavior. She is the founder and chief performance officer of The Operant Teacher, LLC, which provides consulting, coaching, and instructional design services to behavioral organizations, educators, and professionals seeking to elevate their performance and impact.

With a career spanning over two decades, Anika has worked extensively across classroom, clinical, and organizational settings, specializing in applying Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) principles to drive meaningful change. She is recognized for her pragmatic and detail-focused coaching and training style, empowering professionals to maximize their potential and enhance the learning experiences of those they support.

In addition to her consulting work, Anika is an adjunct faculty member in graduate programs focused on applied behavior analysis and performance management. She is the co-author of QUICK Responses for Reducing Misbehavior and Suspensions: A Behavioral Toolbox for Classroom and School Leaders and QUICK Wins: Using Behavior Science to Accelerate and Sustain School Improvement, both of which offer practical strategies grounded in Behavior Science to support educators and leaders.
