Joanie Smith

Joanie Smith, an avid ancestry researcher, loves to tell family stories. While she would prefer the stories be truthful, she works with what she's been given. She is grateful she inherited her family's storytelling ability.

Smith is an entrepreneur who has owned several businesses including bookstores, an employment agency and a consignment store. Currently, she is retired and happily sharing this retirement with her husband, Gabe, and their Lhasa Apso, Sophie, in Huntington, WV.
