Imani Missouri

Imani Missouri is the Principal Owner of Faith Forward LLC, where she leverages the essence of faith to coach and consult faith-increasing leaders in the areas of personal & professional development, diversity, equity & inclusion, and community engagement. She also owns a number of faith-centered sub-brands that motivate women of color to reach their full potential in the professional sphere and beyond, including the Forward 40 (4tea) podcast, which highlights the experiences of 40 women of color on the rise in the nonprofit and social enterprise sectors. Her career spans leadership roles in the nonprofit, community development, and education sectors. Imani has been trained and certified as a Personal Development and Executive Coach recognized by the Coaching and Positive Psychology (CaPP) Institute™. She is also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation with degrees in Urban Policy Analysis and Management (MS) from The New School and Psychology (BA) from Smith College. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for DIFFvelopment, a nonprofit re-empowering the global Black community through historically centered re-education that empowers aspiring Black visionaries to develop their world differently through community-minded business ownership and wealth building.
