Throughout his career, Dr. Kumar has advised and supported global enterprises across retail, consumer goods, healthcare, and technology, working with organizations such as Walmart, CVS Health, Cisco, Cigna, TJX Companies, Boots, and Toyota. His work spans enterprise digital transformation, operating model redesign, product and platform implementation, and value realization—bridging strategy, execution, and outcomes at scale.

As a senior product and transformation executive, Dr. Kumar is known for building and scaling high-performing global teams, modernizing enterprise delivery models, and driving product-led growth. He has played a pivotal role in redefining traditional PMOs into Value Management Offices (VMOs), enabling organizations to connect strategy, funding, delivery, and business value. Having lived and worked in India and the United Kingdom, he moved to the United States in 2013 and currently resides in Cary, North Carolina, with his family.
