Kristi Maggio

Kristi Maggio is an "EDUpreneur" (entrepreneur in education) working to create, shape, and impact the next generation of success stories.

With over 20 years of experience in the education industry, Kristi has witnessed many children struggle and feel inadequate due to not fitting into the traditional ways of learning. When she realized she couldn't make significant change from within the system, she started creating her own.

Determined to make a difference, she founded Maggio Multicultural Academy in 2016, which has since been awarded US accreditation through Cognia. Now any student from anywhere in the world can study through the academy to receive a US high school diploma. Her mission is to impact the lives of 1 billion youth in the next 10 years, create satellite locations around the world, and develop an educational program based on entrepreneurship and applied learning where students can monetize on their education once they graduate from high school.

Such a large mission can't done alone, and partners are a welcome necessity. She is working to find the right altruistic partners who see education as a vehicle for change, partners who align with the mission and who can see the vision. Partners who want to make their mark, leave a legacy, and impact youth around the world for many years to come.

Kristi is obsessed with creating an ecosystem that equips youth with the skills they need before graduating high school, as well as providing more opportunities to access education in underdeveloped areas, which will help break the cycle of generational poverty. Through the Maggio Multicultural Foundation scholarship program, she will be able to help even more young people as the program grows.

Kristi is the author of the award-winning books, “Follows and Likes Is This All That I’m Worth?” and “Young-Changemakers" Volume 1, a book co-authored with 12 inspiring young people, which was also an Amazon New Release Bestseller. “Young-Changemakers" Volume 2, and "The Future Proof Student".

Kristi is a speaker and mentor in the education and entrepreneurship space, where she shares her wealth of knowledge and insights with aspiring entrepreneurs and educators alike. She is also a radio and podcast host on Punta Cana Hits Radio called "What's Up Punta Cana!" and "The Secret To Success... Isn't So Secret!"

Her obsession for transforming the education system and promoting entrepreneurship is truly inspiring and continues to make a significant impact on the lives of many individuals.
