Eileen Prosky Shostack

Eileen Shostack was a school teacher in the New York City public schools for 47 years, and when she retired, at the age of 76, she continued to go back and volunteer every day. She was an avid reader (and part of a book club with her closest friends for many years). She loved living in New York City and traveling (especially to Las Vegas), and singing with her Nashir chorus. She had a zest for life and boundless energy.
