Pilar Kellenbarger

Pilar has over 18 years experience in education as a credentialed teacher, a reading teacher, and resource teacher in special education. As she perfected her skills in teaching, she was able to help use her important keys to help produce two scholar athletes; her daughters playing for NCAA colleges. By helping to guide her daughters in the scholar athlete world, one was the first volleyball selection for Salve Regina University earning an MBA, and another daughter swam for Lycoming College receiving two degrees in Archaeology & Art History while finishing her PhD at Temple University. Pilar's strengths lie in her ability to reach children and let them recognize their own strengths. Her next book will help parents in the empty nest stage. She lives in Encinitas, CA with her husband and daughter's cats enjoying the beach, writing, and fishing.
