Cynthia Adshade is an author, entrepreneur, solution-creator, and life-long learner. She is the author of several books on mindfulness, gratitude, and prewriting/handwriting skills. In addition, she has a course on Udemy that focuses on Kindergarten Readiness skills.
By trade, Cynthia has been an Occupational Therapist since 2004 with a focus on helping students improve their educational learning in the school environment through knowledge, strategies, skill development, and adaptations/equipment use. She has worked primarily with students ranging in age from 3 years to 22 years.
Through her knowledge and experience, Cynthia has been helping students improve their skills to become more independent and successful at school.
Cynthia's overall view is that "If we can teach children the skills for life through play and activities, we can help children grow to become independent, motivated, creative, and well-rounded individuals."
