My life dramatically changed on the 16th March 2016 when I was thrown into a prison cell measuring 10ftx10ft.

“I was so tired of faking it until I made it and the universe sent me so many messages to wake up, but I just kept ignoring them until that day in March when I had all my freedom taken away from me. I look back now and see that as the best gift ever”

From that day on everything changed for the better.

I now run a successful digital marketing agency helping coaches and consultants from across the globe and teaching the philosophy from my latest book, Simplicity of Success: Life in Flow, that transforms clients’ lives from a struggle and hardship to a life of success and ease.

I live by the beach in Dorset with my two dogs Amber and Poppy whilst also running the environmental initiative #5ThingsClear inspiring people to live with less plastic and to keep the seas and beaches clean from litter.

I'm passionate about life and about human possibilities.

From helping to save the planet and wildlife with my environmental initiative #5ThingsClear to trekking to Everest to competing in Marathons and Triathlons, to wild swimming all year round without a wetsuit, to riding my motorbike 1,000 miles in less than 24 hours to raise money for a terminally ill young mother of two, I see my life as a huge adventure and I want to inspire others to do the same.
