Lucy Holland

Lucy Eron Holland is co-author of the $5 Foodie Cookbook (2021), a resource for cooking better and spending less, and co-directs the $5 Foodie website at www.thefivedollarfoodie.com. She is the author of two catalogs of art for young readers, Peacocks and Palaces: Exploring the Art of India (2018), and Myths, Angels, and Masquerades: Exploring European Art (2015) with Amy Gray. When she's not in the kitchen, she's teaching art history courses. She lives in Southern California with her family.
