Kel E Fox is an award-winning author, artist and possibly a witch writing sassy urban science fantasy meets epic gaslamp mystery meets queer magical space opera, sometimes all in the same book. Oh, and they're also usually love stories that, er, fail to properly follow tropes.

When not writing gritty genre-bending romance, Kel enjoys ballroom dancing, gaming and weightlifting. They live in Australia with their partner, a bunch of fluffy pets and the Antifloof, a vacuum robot that picks up all the fur and only occasionally demands pats.
