Odessa Stevens

Odessa Stevens is a Certified Child Life Specialist, Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Registered Play Therapist. She loves working with children; and specializes in attachment and trauma using play therapy, animal-assisted therapy, EMDR and neurofeedback. Odessa was inspired to write this book to help children navigate through these hard times. It is her hope that as they read it with their families, they will feel loved, brave, important and special.

Odessa lives in Seattle with her dog, Finland Henry. They love beach walks, traveling, and adventures with friends and family.
