Eric Gurr

Eric was born in Hamilton Ohio in 1965. He is a director of IT and senior business intelligence/data analyst. He has studied history for most of his life and has written three books.Bob Jim Heaven and Hell was his first book and is a fictional account created from data analysis of thousands of near death experiences or NDEs. His second book, Civil War II is a book of speculative fiction about a second civil war in the United States. His last book is Dystopia Road, a book about survival after a solar flare, drought, and a pandemic conspire to shake civilization to its knees.

He is married with three children and four grand children and lives in rural Ohio.

His most popular book, Civil War II draws on research from the civil wars in Spain, Greece and Yugoslavia in the 20th century.Although the book is seen as "right wing" by some reviewers, the truth is much more troubling. Neither side really prevails, while both sides splinter, and ultimately just survive.
