Edward is a bestselling author. Edward Sledge is a United States Army veteran and holds a B.S. in History from Georgia Southern University and a master's degree in Social Science from Towson University.

Edward wrote and published his first book, The Story of Christina and I, a memoir he co-authored with his wife, Christina Sledge. Their following two books Ricardo's Collisions and Andre's Confessions are romance murder mysteries in the Desire Family Saga. They also co-authored Our Marriage: Our Essay together, a #1 New Release on Kindle. Edward's latest book, co-authored with Christina is Engaged on Christmas Eve, a heartwarming rom-com novella.
