Lena Svensson

Lena, aka Chiqui, is an old soul who has as her greatest mission in life to bring as much love into this world as possible. She is passionate about helping you become the best version of yourself, grow from your experiences and make you shine like the star you really are. Lena is a trained healer but has been a natural healer since she was a child. She is a herbal medicine therapist and works as a holistic health advisor, since she believes in treating body, mind, soul and spirit as a whole to gain optimal health. Lena also works and holds diplomas in areas such as mindfulness, meditation, stress coping, qi gong, life coaching and spiritual coaching. In addition to this, she also works with empowering women, which includes instruction in self-defence and teaching strategies for women to feel powerful and safe in society.
