Born in a remote gold mining community in Northern Canada. At age fifteen began to explore the wider world travelling through most of Canada. Adventure seems to be waiting for me at every turn in every place at all times. This is NOT boring.

From being the first westerner to enter Communist China without a police escort to travelling across war torn El Salvador in the last week of their civil war to breeching the slippery walls and halls of the music industry in Nashville and a thousand other places there is never a dull moment.

Began writing as a junior daily news reporter when i was seventeen. This included all newspaper duties - research, interviews, event coverage, courts and government - also photography, advertising, circulation, printing, administration. Worked in all the places a working man would work - factories, fields and forests PLUS newspapers, libraries, bookstores, universities, publishing companies, research projects, media companies. Served as a Christian leader for many years in churches, television, society, organizations, politics, diplomacy, environmental issues - all things human and Earthly - some beyond. lol

Presently residing in the hi-tech university City of Waterloo - center for the Internet of Machines and a world leader in many areas. University of Waterloo was the first university I attended - English Literature and Chinese Studies. Did NOT attend high school really - but DID attend about a dozen of the world's great universities including Princeton.

Writer, musician, singer-songwriter, actor in film and television, essayist, novelist, poet, policy developer, stand- up comic, caregiver for humanity and life on planet Earth. Created Blind Man Sees Media Productions after losing my sight completely and having it restored by surgery - producing video, photography, books and much more.

Advocate for vulnerable people - especially children's Rights in all places for all reasons. Advocacy is mostly legislative, judicial and Justice related.
