Susan knows from her own experience of losing 160 pounds to running a million-dollar company to leading a team of over 400 by applying her Start With Vision philosophy works. Today, Susan divides her time between grandma duties and speaking and coaching women on finding their purpose and building and living their vision of a joy-filled life.
