C Rod Unalt

Christina Rodriguez-Unalt or “C. Rod. Unalt” holds an MFA in Illustration from the University of Hartford. Her career began as a scenic painter at a creature shop, where she painted murals and large-scale sculptures for mini golf courses, storefronts, windows, and parade floats. She has illustrated numerous picture books including “Pedro and the Monster Eaters” which was named one of Bank Street College of Education's Best Books of the Year in Spanish! Christina is a professor and head of a BFA Illustration program in New Jersey.
