Anne-Marie empowers you to tap into your natural resources, and tune into your latent potential to reset your focus to that of a positive mind-set as a ‘default’ allowing you to enjoy your expanded state of happiness more of the time. Anne-Marie has written a number of Personal Development Empowerment programmes for children, young people and adults using her 25-year teaching experience.

Anne-Marie has overcome many personal adversities, such as surviving social care from aged 2, managing CPTSD & Trauma related Adult ADHD, becoming homeless in another country as well as being a single parent of three, and relocating back to England with just 3 bags and 3 children. Anne-Marie has used her very public failures for fuel, and viewed her obstacles as opportunities, even writing a Best-Selling Journey Guide to empower people on their journey. Anne-Marie has a passion to RAISE others up who are less resiliently fortunate.

Recently she has founded a monthly Personal Development Ted X style speaking platform in Essex called Inspire’d, where she encourages others to empower themselves and others by sharing their story. The Be YOU theme is the foundation of Anne-Marie’s Work, more recently Anne-Marie became a Radio Presenter delivering her own weekly show called ‘BE YOU LIMITLESS’ .
