Thomas Salvador

Dipl.-Ing. (Univ.) Thomas Salvador is Managing Director of QM Experts GmbH, a Munich-based consultancy specializing in certification and management systems for the automotive industry. Working for BMW since 2011, he has been responsible for the national training of 1st and 2nd party auditors of BMW Germany as the lead trainer since 2015 and regularly holds advanced training courses for automotive auditors and supply chain managers. Together with the German Society for Quality (DGQ e.V.), he was in charge of developing the world's first training for TISAX assessments (Foundation Level) in the German-speaking market, which he introduced in partnership with DGQ. He is Lead Auditor according to ISO/IEC 27001 and 22301, as well as 1st and 2nd party auditor according to regulations such as IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, ISO 9001, etc. For TISAX, he is considered a proven expert and security consultant, especially in the field of complex multiple certifications and the integration of multi-management systems. He speaks regularly at international congresses and conferences.
