Amharic and English languages blend to help me draw a complete picture of my life. I can't imagine a life without writing. Pen and paper must be within reach at all times. Would you believe I sometimes scribble while walking? The first part of my long walks are like noisy kindergarteners running in every direction during recess. It always amazes me how I actually welcome children in any form. When they are screaming at the top of their lungs, I smile knowing well they are at their best. That's why I let the flood of thoughts swamp me in the beginning. Ah, words! They are means of revealing my insides. If you see me staring hard at objects instead of passers by, you can be sure I am engaged in arranging a definite theme of a story or solve a confusing argument. Part two took shape. Children has gone back to class to attend the rest of the lessons. It is peaceful to see how mellow they look once they settle after spending half an hour out of class. The final part. The ending. Home time is favored by students, right? This is the point where I stop to write on my mobile phone or using pen and paper. I have arrived. No, I wouldn't want to trade the struggles in my head for anything. And so I shall continue populating as long as words oblige me. Don't forget the vital role fresh air plays in my journeys. Always at service fanning the cobwebs away.
