Guido Borsani

Guido Borsani, a management engineer and co-founder of Zafferanami, has worked as a consultant for banking institutions in the fields of risk management, regulatory reporting and management control. Since 2012, following the founding of Zafferanami, he has devoted himself to saffron, contributing both to its cultivation and to the management of the agricultural business.

Guido continues to develop training and educational initiatives focused on saffron cultivation and sales.
