Morgan Berry, previously published as Morgan Cheek, is the author of three books, including the Amazon grief bestseller Even in Darkness. She is also a speaker and a trauma-informed women’s embodiment coach with her masters in social work. Her work sits at the intersection of faith, trauma, grief, relationships, and the nervous system. Drawing from both professional training and a life profoundly shaped by the loss of her children, change, and rebuilding, Morgan translates complex emotional and spiritual experiences into language that is accessible, deeply human, and rooted in hope.Through her writing, speaking, and coaching, she helps women move from survival toward wholehearted living through trauma-informed healing, embodied faith, resilient hope, and the courage to hold the full nuance of being alive. Morgan lives near Atlanta, Ga with her incredible husband, her son, James, and their two four-legged children, Fenway and Tily. When she isn’t pouring her heart out in client sessions, stages or pages, you can find her hiking somewhere in the woods or on a yoga mat.
