Mohit Gupta

Mohit Gupta is an automotive enthusiast, cost reduction specialist, and a Lean practitioner with over 8 years of experience in working in the operations excellence domain. An entrepreneur at heart, he has worked with best of both worlds – India and US, spanning exposure to 5 different industries including startups and nonprofits, and is the go-to person for any optimization initiative in the company. Currently, a program manager in solar industry, he is a graduate of Georgetown McDonough School of Business with an MBA and specialization in consumer analytics. His experience ranges from social entrepreneurship, automotive, finance, technology and consulting start-ups. Mohit is a spiritual, curious soul and is always trying to learn more about digital space and its impact on manufacturing. An engineer at heart, he is on a quest to revolutionize manufacturing by attaining expertise, one function at a time.
