Takako Hirata

Takako Hirata, an experienced leader of international Fortune 1000 virtual teams, is Head of International Business Development at Rohto Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. In her current position, she strives to bridge the information gap between Japan and other countries, especially the United States. Takako is also an Executive MBA candidate at UCLA-NUS, and the only Japanese certificate holder of the MIT-Harvard Medical School Healthcare Innovation Bootcamp. Previously, at Procter & Gamble, she oversaw major product lines such as Febreze, before becoming a Marketing Design Manager and directing P&G’s branding strategy in U.S. and China markets.

Takako lives in Tokyo, Japan. She leads everywhere.
