Caryn Shender

Caryn Shender is a proud mom of two, author, certified pediatric sleep consultant, and founder of Sleep Tight Tonight. Her daughter was born with ALCAPA, an extremely rare congenital heart defect, and is the inspiration for My Scar is Beautiful. As a mother of a heart warrior, Caryn understands the emotional and physical impact a scar can carry - and hopes this book inspires and empowers readers to celebrate their scars as a symbol of strength and pride.
